Ja Morant’s revenge game was exactly as advertised.
The Portland Trail Blazers played against the Memphis Grizzlies on Thursday. The matchup at Moda Center in Portland, Oreg. marked the first time that the Blazers star guard Morant took on his former team the Grizzlies as an opponent.
Morant rose to the occasion right from the get-go. He scored a number of tough buckets on Memphis in the first half, including a second-quarter floater around the defense of Grizzlies guard Cedric Coward.
